Pilot Vendor opportunity
Ossington strip

Opening our second floor to local vendors every Saturday and Sunday. A low-cost, low-risk opportunity for small brands inside an active bakery.

What this is

  • A consistent weekend vendor space inside a takeout-focused bakery.
  • An opportunity to test products, build visibility, and connect with new customers.
  • A recurring presence rather than a one-time curated market.
  • Whole, unprepared, packaged dry products.

What this is not

  • This is not a curated market with guaranteed foot traffic.
  • This is not an event with promised sales.
  • This is not a replacement for a full pop-up or retail location.
  • No food vendors.

"Sales depend on multiple factors such as season, weather, product type, pricing, presentation, and vendor engagement."
